Our Website provides access to an Online Check-In and Patient Portal, which is hosted by our third-party veterinary practice management software provider, ezyVet (a service of IDEXX Laboratories, Inc). The portal may allow clients access to information such as their pet’s care plan, medical records, test results, and billing records.
Information submitted through or collected by our Online Check-In and Patient Portal may include account credentials, contact information, pet information, veterinary records, and other information necessary to provide veterinary services.
The third-party provider operating the patient portal, ezyVet, may separately collect and process information according to its own privacy policy and terms.
D. Payment Information
We may facilitate or provide access to payment services, including online payment options such as PayJunction, PayPal, Care Credit and Scratchpay.
When you make a payment through a third-party payment provider, payment information may be collected and processed directly by that provider. We generally do not receive, process, or store complete payment-card numbers through our Website.
Third-party payment providers may process information according to their own privacy policies and terms.
